“We” and “us” mean that entity. “You” means the person placing the order. These terms apply every time you use xyviraluxe.com or buy from it.
Placing an order
- You must be 18 or older to buy from us.
- We verify your mobile number by one-time password at checkout. Checkout cannot be completed with an unverified number, and the verified number is how we identify your order afterwards.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address and phone number you give us. We cannot be held responsible for a parcel delivered correctly to an address you entered incorrectly.
- An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it, and a contract exists only from that point.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. The price you see is the price you pay — tax is not added at checkout.
- A GST invoice is issued for every order and sent to you by email.
- We accept: UPI, Cards, NetBanking, Cash on delivery.
- Where a part-payment option is offered, the balance shown at checkout is payable in cash to the delivery partner on arrival.
- An order is confirmed only once payment succeeds. Until then nothing is reserved, and an item in your bag is not held for you.
- We may change prices at any time. A change never affects an order already confirmed.
Offers and coupons
- Unless we say otherwise, one coupon applies per order and coupons cannot be combined with one another.
- Offers run for a stated period or while stocks last, and can be withdrawn or changed before that period ends.
- Where a refund is made on a discounted order, we refund what you actually paid, not the undiscounted price.
- Coupons have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
- We may cancel an order and void a coupon where it has been obtained or used in a way it was not intended to be.
Orders we may decline
We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item is out of stock, if a price or description was published in error, if we cannot deliver to your PIN code, or where we reasonably suspect fraud. We will tell you why.
We may also limit the quantity of any item in a single order, and decline orders that appear to be for resale.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery charges, timelines and what happens when a parcel goes astray are set out in the Shipping Policy. Cancellations, damage claims and how refunds are paid are set out in the Return & Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
Using our products
Our products are cosmetics for external use. Patch test before first use, follow the directions on the pack, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and our products are not intended to diagnose or treat any condition. If you have a skin condition or are pregnant, speak to a doctor first.
Results differ from person to person. Descriptions of what a product is formulated to do are not a promise of a particular result for you.
Store products as directed, away from direct sunlight, and use them within the period marked on the pack.
Your account
Keep your phone and your account secure. Anything done through your verified number is treated as done by you. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access to it.
We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud, abuse of our staff or delivery partners, or repeated refusal of part-paid orders.
Our content
The text, images, and branding on xyviraluxe.com belong to us and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
If you send us a review, a photograph or a video, you keep it — but you give us permission to show it on our site and channels alongside the product it relates to. You can ask us to take it down.
We take reasonable care over what we publish, but product packs, ingredient lists and photographs can change. The pack you receive is the authority on its own contents.
Limits
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including weather, strikes, civil disruption and courier or payment network failure.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts at Panchkula, Haryana have jurisdiction.
Please raise any complaint with our Grievance Officer first, named below. Most things are settled far more quickly that way.
